This summer, Amanoi welcomes renowned chefs Simone Baglini and William Miroslaw to its culinary team.
Baglini, an Italian chef with 15 years of experience, joins from Aman Le Melezin in France, where he works as Chef de Cuisine.
He has previously worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Hotel Plaza de Russie Relais & Chateaux, Qui Plume La Lune, La Scène Thélème, and Relais & Château Il Pellicano in Italy.
Baglini will offer guests exclusive theme dinners featuring Italian and Mediterranean cuisine at the Beach Club restaurant on Friday twice a month, starting on June 7.
Miroslaw, a French pastry chef with nearly 20 years of experience, has worked at esteemed establishments such as Hôtels Jumeirah in Dubai, Hôtel Métropole in Monaco, and Hôtel Cheval Blanc in the Maldives.
He will create a pastry workshop/cooking class at the Rock Studio on Saturday twice a month, with the first workshop on June 8.
