The largest vaccination center in southern Vietnam began to serve customers on Wednesday, providing people of all ages with high-quality services.
The vaccination center sits on the 4,500-square-meter premises near a supermarket, zoo and the Thanh Le water park in Binh Duong, a province with a rising economy just northwest of Ho Chi Minh City.
The establishment includes 50 rooms for medical examinations and injection, and is able to receive up to 3,000 visits a day.
It has the most effective vaccine for adults and children alike, offered at reasonable prices.
The center also features a children's playground, a comfortable area for post-injection waits, and modern wards for the care of infants and postpartum women.
It is the largest and most modern vaccination center in southern Vietnam to date, said Bui Ngoc An Pha, head of the healthcare arm of Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company, which owns the center.
Customers can be given free check-ups and advice and high-quality services.
The facility is expected to better prevent disease outbreaks in the province, where factory workers live in large numbers and rental accommodations abound, according to Ngo Tung Chau, deputy director of the health department in Binh Duong.

Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company also opened another vaccination center in District 11 of the southern metropolis on the same day.
The privately-owned firm has a chain of seven such facilities in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province.
All its centers are the first in Vietnam to keep vaccines in conditions that follow Good Storage Practices (GSP) guidelines which ensure that the potency and safety of pharmaceutical products are maintained during storage, according to Nguyen Hoang Tung – deputy head of the National Institute for Control of Vaccines and Biologicals.
