Thousands of visitors and local residents gathered at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, south-central Vietnam on Friday evening to enjoy a carnival featuring stunning music and dance performances.
The carnival is part of the on-going Amazing Binh Dinh Festival held in the city between March 22 and 31, with an aim at promoting local beach tourism, according to the city’s administration.
Hundreds of artists, actors, and actresses gave brilliant performances like traditional martial arts demonstrations, the lion and dragon dance.
Carnival-goers were also delighted by a beautiful firework show.
Nguyen Phuong Anh, hailing from Ho Chi Minh City, said she was impressed by the stunning performances at the carnival, especially the martial arts performance.
“I love this place,” she said.
Aside from local people, lots of international visitors also enjoyed the festive vibes and captured their favorite moments of the event.
