The Vietnam Tourism Property Association (VnTPA) has called for investment in projects in the real estate and other sectors in all 63 provinces and cities of Vietnam at a regional property conference in Bangkok, Thailand on Friday.
Within the framework of the 2024 Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention & Property Prix d’Excellence Awards conducted on August 30-31 in Bangkok, Thailand, by the International Real Estate Federation - Thailand Chapter, the VnTPA set up a booth at the event to introduce the official projects having been approved by the Vietnamese government for calling for foreign investment.
The booth attracted special attention from participants at the event, which gathered about 1,000 investors and consultants from countries around the world, along with leaders of international business associations.
Than Thanh Vu, chairman of VnTPA, delivered a speech at the event, focusing on potentials and opportunities for foreign investment in Vietnam.
He also briefed delegates about a number of official projects seeking investors in the country.
Investors can scan a QR code to access the project page of VnTPA’s website to view the latest information about the projects calling foreign investment in 63 provinces and cities of Vietnam.
During the event, there have been 1,020 visits to the website to learn about these projects, and many investors said they wanted to obtain more detailed information and wished to visit Vietnam for fact-finding trips.
A VnTPA team is assigned to carefully check the legality of all projects before posting them on the website, and to update the projects’ information regularly so that potential investors have the latest and reliable information about the projects of their interest.
Over the past three months, the project page of the VnTPA website has received more than 60,000 visits, with the fields with most interests including industrial parks, manufacturing and logistics, housing and tourism, said Vu.
“In the coming time, VnTPA will continue to organize many investment promotion events both at home and abroad to introduce to international investors more projects in Vietnam,” he added.
